SALMON TATAKI
SALMON TATAKI
Serves 4:
4 to 5 cloves garlic, cut into thin slices
Piece of salmon +/- 425 g (skinless)
50 g black sesame seeds
30 ml sesame oil
30 ml Tomasu soy sauce
Preparation:
1. Heat the sesame oil in a pan and fry the garlic slices until they become crispy garlic chips, then drain them on kitchen paper.
2. Spread the sesame seeds over a plate and roll the salmon through them until it is completely coated.
3. Heat a frying pan and sear the salmon (without oil) for 1 to 1.5 minutes on each side (the salmon should remain raw in the centre), place it on a plate and allow it to cool.
4. Then slice the salmon into nice thin slices and arrange them on a serving platter.
5. Pour
the Tomasu soy sauce over the salmon, garnish with the garlic chips and enjoy!
