EASTER TRIFLE

Serves 4:

250 ml whipping cream

1 packet vanilla sugar

150 g mascarpone

2 tbsp sugar

6 tbsp advocaat

Juice and zest of 1 orange

12 cantuccini cookies, in pieces

2 passion fruits, halved

Preparation:

1. Whip the cream until stiff with the vanilla sugar

2. Then beat the mascarpone with 1 tbsp sugar and the zest of 1 orange until smooth

3. Fold the whipped cream into the mixture

4. In a bowl, mix the advocaat with the orange juice and the remaining sugar

5. Build the trifle in layers in a nice glass

6. Start with the cookies, then the cream mixture, then the advocaat

7. Repeat once more and garnish with half a passion fruit and enjoy!
