RECEPT THAISE ROERBAK
THAI STIR-FRY
Serves 2:
• 300 g ground beef
• 3–4 shallots, cut into halves
• ½ red bell pepper, sliced into strips
• For garnish: a handful of fresh cilantro, finely chopped
For the sauce:
• 100 ml stock (broth)
• 4 tbsp fish sauce
• 2 small tsp chili powder (or to taste)
• Juice of ½ lime
Preperation:
1. Combine all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
2. Heat a splash of olive oil (or another cooking oil) in a frying pan and cook the ground beef until
browned.
3. Once the beef has changed color, add the shallots and bell pepper and continue cooking.
4. After about a minute, add the sauce and stir well to combine.
5. Garnish with the chopped cilantro and serve with rice. Enjoy your meal!
